- Have logged in during the past 12 hours.
- Have more than 1 day of gameplay.
- Have passed level 11.
- Have a healthy Fashionista (not dirty or sick).
- Have at least (depending on the election):

• Miss Fashionista Elections: 200 purchased clothing items and/or accessories.
• Decorating Contest Elections: 200 purchased decorating items total in your inventory.

Note: If you win the Miss Fashionista and/or Decoration competition, you cannot win again, however, you can still collect votes in the normal weekly elections.
