How come there is no reply button in other introduction threads? 
Because they're closed We have a 24 hour allowance where others can say hi back, then we close the other introduction threads

As Neriah said, each Intro is left open for 24hrs...
Admin's original plan was that the thread be closed immediately after the introduction so that each thread would only have ONE post in it. I was able to suggest a 24hr period and Admin changed the rules.
