EDIT: I did not realize my text was that long so I apologize
With all my admiration with Halloween Land and all it's advantages, I really find a lot of downsides.
I'll first start with what bothers me the most:
I think the prices, especially for the quests are very high, you have to spend around 4000FD for each, not to mention there are also quests that require a certain amount of clothing items and decoration in order to move on to the next. If you add these up, the quests in total cost maybe around 150 000FD (without the price of clothing and decoration that depends on you). At the pace of 6 stars and 10 costly quests per year, I think it's such struggle for newer members. I agree with Cinder. I really appreciate the team's effort to give us new things every year, but I believe this is real issue since a lot of newly starting players won't be enjoying it as much. I'm saying this not only because I'm starting on the english website, but because a lot of really high level fashionistas on the french website including me are having a hard time coping with this. There are some fashionistas who didn't really play the game for some time and they find it hard to keep up with the rest, ESPECIALLY if they cannot use the bank and have to save for each event. Not saying it's a bad thing because I did on my french account, and it didn't really help much. And let's not forget all the stars they have to snap.
This event is very costly, along with all the other events, but I'm really happy that the team started lowering the dress prices because the dresses were unimaginably expensive. I just hope that in the future someone could read this and take this into consideration.
However, there's a LOT of positive aspects to this trip. 3 years ago, I didn't realize this trip could have this much potential until I saw all the new clothes and decoration that were released. The clothes have changed a lot since then, they improve, they evolve, they get more and more creative every year. The items went from very basic to extremely detailed, realistic and original. (Please, those spider legs are scary enough to send shivers down your spine) There is more variety and more customization. You cannot resist buying all those nicely drawn items, you spend your whole savings on them (no regrets). Also, the decoration is just outstanding. The dancinng ghosts, the raining background, the banners, the swords, the creepy dolls, the collapsed walls and the magic books really give you that halloween vibe.
LostDoll -> It must've been very annoying to lose a -50% discount like that, I think we should be able to activate it whenever we want. I also do not understand why the -50% discount doesn't work in Halloween Land, it could be very beneficial. Equally as confused when it comes to unblocking higher level items, it apparently works in Halloween Land but I don't see the point in this, there's nothing to unblock there.
