2. Game and Forum Rules
When you registered on our game, you commit yourself to respecting the Terms of Service and these game and forum rules.
Please read these rules, before posting in the forum.
Please note that every breach of these rules is subject to punishment, from a simple warning to a temporary or definitive ban from the forum or from the game itself.
GENERAL GAME RULES
☆Multiple accounts are absolutely forbidden!
Multiple accounts are when one player has more than one account.
Multiple accounts will be closed.
☆Sharing your account with other players is prohibited!
Your account belongs only to you and you must not let other players use it or give out your personal account information.
NOTE: If you and another player(s) connect to the game from the same household or IP address please notify a Moderator.
☆Spoilers!
Spoiling is the act of sharing any piece of information (missions, outfits, characters, etc.) through PM, your status or profile, in the forum, outside link, etc. that has not yet been released on Like a Fashionista. Do not post, share or direct players to spoilers.
☆Errors or bugs in the game
Using bugs or errors in the game for your own advantage is forbidden. If you find an error, report it to the moderators.
This practice will be punished by a ban or block of a minimum of 1 month.
☆Unauthorised access and/or interference of the site
Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site's systems or any account, interference with procedures or performance of the site, or deliberately damaging or undermining the site is subject to punishment and will result in the immediate ban of your account

☆Attempts to defraud and account thievery
It is forbidden to ask other players for their login information.
Players who break this rule will be banned or blocked and possibly have their account closed.
☆Requests for bank codes, Fashionista Dollars or Attitude Points are forbidden
Any player who makes requests for bank codes, Fashionista Dollars or Attitude Points will be banned or blocked for at least 15 days.
☆Usernames
Any account with an inappropriate or impolite username is subject to being closed or receiving a permanent ban or block without warning.
☆Personal Photos
For the safety of our players, photos of players under 18 are strictly forbidden and will be deleted if found anywhere on the site.
☆Advertising and Spam
Any type of advertising and/or spam (image, link, text, etc.) is not allowed on this website.Any account that attempts to advertise or spam on the site is subject to being closed or receiving a permanent ban or block without warning.
☆Disrespectful Behaviour
Any disrespectful behaviour towards another player or the game team is subject to punishment, either by a simple warning or a temporary or definitive ban or block. Thank you for taking into account every warning you received from the game team.
☆Forum and Private Messages
Any messages that are violent, sexual, libellous, defamatory, racist, revisionist, defend war crimes, pedophiles, incite murder or suicide, incite discrimination or hatred, reproduction of a copyrighted work without authorisation, contrary to current law and therefore punishable, are prohibited.
☆Game Team Inboxes
It is forbidden to flood the inboxes of the administrators and/or moderators. They are all here to look after the smooth functioning of the forum, so thank you for not spamming their inboxes with messages that have no utility. If you feel the need to talk and share your ideas, you can use the appropriate section in the forum.
When sending a message to an administrator/moderator, be as precise and concise as possible so that they can deal with your request quickly and the most efficiently as possible. Useless messages will go unanswered and may, if deemed necessary, result in a warning or punishment.
☆Chain Messages
Chain messages/letters/posts are not allowed, especially when they refer to a sensitive subject.
☆Language
Inappropriate or crude language is not allowed in the game forum or in private messages.
Like a Fashionista is the English version of the French game Ma Bimbo. When communicating in the game, through private messages, comments, signatures or in the forum, players are to communicate in English only. If another language is posted (a quotation for example), the English translation should always be included.
Any text that isn’t in English and doesn’t include an accurate English translation may be deleted without warning.
☆ Secret Levels
All levels above the 20th are Secret Levels and revealing their content on Forum is forbidden.
If you have a question about a Secret Level, please contact a moderator or a player on a higher or same level.
☆ Voting
Requesting votes is prohibited on ANY part of the site (either on profile, PM, on the forum). Please note that the vote must remain anonymous. It is forbidden to tell a player 'I voted for you, etc”
We will not accept phrases such as: 'I hope I will be one of the winners next week'.
FORUM'S SPECIFIC RULES
☆Before opening a new topic
:
- Choose the right forum section.
- Look at the ‘stuck’ topics, at the top of the forum section. This is where you will find any rules that are specific to a certain forum section.
- Take the time to read previously posted topics. Double posts will be closed and/or deleted.
- Make sure to have a clear title, a clear and understandable spelling (no text language). Confusing or inappropriate topics will be automatically closed.
- No flooding and avoid opening several discussions at the same time.
☆Before posting a message:
- First, choose the right topic.
- Flooding is forbidden and will be automatically deleted!
(What is flooding?: unnecessary and unrelated messages, such as off-topic, repetitive messages, messages that contain ONLY “reduced”/text messages (lol, ttyl, np, bc...), messages that contain ONLY emoticons.)
- Double posting is forbidden, because it is useless. You can always use the "EDIT" function or the "PREVIEW" button to see your message before posting it.
- Be clear and comprehensible: NO TEXT language, and remember to use correct punctuation and spelling.
Remember: A comprehensible message is the best way to get responses!
- Watch your behaviour and comments: don’t be aggressive and be respectful of others. (see the Terms of Service).
-In the case of a conflict, please use private messages to try and resolve the issue.
-If the conflict becomes unresolvable and/or offensive, please notify a moderator, they will help to find a solution.
-If there is a problem, make sure to remain polite; anger or rudeness never resolves problems.
☆Sensitive Subjects:
✗ Know that the following “sensitive” subjects are not tolerated in this forum, to ensure a positive environment and a certain security for our players:
➜ Politics, religion, sexuality, war, death, suicide, depression, drugs and medication,etc. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask a moderator.
It would be a shame to prepare a long topic only to have it removed.
✗ Politics :
This is a sensitive subject, everyone has their personal opinion and this subject has nothing to do with Like a Fashionista, it is therefore unauthorised.
✗ Religion :
Same as with Politics. See the above explanation.
✗ Violence :
Cruel or shocking descriptions, etc.. are not tolerated. You can evoke the subject but without lingering on it or including explicit details.
Do not talk about scenes of gratuitous violence.
✗ Death and Suicide:
Here are some specifications on this subject:
- Talking about suicide in any way is not allowed.
- Talking about murder is not allowed in any way.
- Descriptions or any detail about the act of dying or any death process is not allowed.
- Discussions about the death of any real person are not allowed. The Like a Fashionista forum is not a place for this type of discussion. If you need to talk about such personal matters, please visit a specialised site.
✔ You can evoke the subject of death but without lingering on it or including explicit details.
✔ You can mention that a character in a story is dead or has died.
✗ Sex:
Same idea as for the subject of violence. Pornographic descriptions, etc. are not tolerated!
However, talking about love is not prohibited.
Use spoilers for these scenes with a warning in red.

✔/✗ Homosexuality :
This subject is not meant to be taboo in our society, it should be the same for Like a Fashionista. The subject of homosexuality can however be a sensitive subject to some people, and we should respect that. If it is a subject in your post, include this detail in the beginning (in red in the first lines) and in the title/tag!
The aim of this is to know what we will be reading, without having to read it (and if we don’t want to, we don’t have to read it).

Any disregard of these rules will not go without punishment.- To guarantee a positive forum appearance, posted images should not be wider than 600 pixels.
- A banner in a forum signature must not be taller than 150 pixels, one line of text can be added.☆Videos- Please DO NOT directly embed videos into the forum. We ask this because having several embedded videos on one page may cause a server overload. When possible, please provide a link to the video.
Additionally, watch the content of your videos, and respect the authors rights. Any theft, plagiarism and/or use of videos that relate to the "SENSITIVE SUBJECTS" is strictly forbidden. ☆Links- Do not redirect to forbidden or illegal links, or disrespectful of copyrights. They will be deleted and punished according to the seriousness of the offense.
-Always pay attention to messages left for you and other players by the administration and moderators, there goal is to help you avoid punishment!
- Don’t forget to read any rules that exist that are specific to a certain section in the forum (if they exists, they are found “stuck” at the top of the forum).☆ Forum Games When participating in forum games in the Game Room, please read all the rules before posting in a topic.
