I've bought most if not all of the furnuture I need from Christmas/Halloween Land and put the rest on my list to Santa this Christmas so all I need now is the time to decorate since I have enough to buy the home. Hopefully I won't end up buying a lot more stuff haha

Actually I plan on buying the small villa very soon so that I'll be able to completely decorate all the rooms on my own.
