We were going to swap driving on and off, but I asked him to drive the whole way because about five hours into the drive I started seeing double vision. I was just so tired. I did a lot of heavy lifting/cleaning while my boyfriend relaxed because he needed to keep his strength for driving. Towards the end of the drive, he was laughing at me because I was in a state of delirium. I thought truck drivers were sending us morse code speed trap warnings through their break lights by tapping their breaks!!! Oh man, I was a mess when we got here, I looked absolutely terrible. But I think today will much more fun. Yes, that's what people do on long car trips... we started making our own off color lyrics to songs as well. XD
Thanks! =D Yeah, even the first day's drive wasn't so bad. We got a really late start because had to finish cleaning our apartrment we were leaving. So we got to our first hotel at like midnight and were totally zombified, but I tried to keep the energy up in the car by entertaining my boyfriend with crazy music and car dancing. :P
