Aravella – Done
Arahael
He was ecstatic once she told him that she would stay but the question about their relationship had taken him by surprise… he had thought that his intentions were obvious without having to speak about them all the time but it seemed that he was wrong in this regard. Arahael enjoyed every moment he had been able to spend in Aravella’s company and he knew that he was falling in love with her… he loved that she wasn’t afraid to speak her mind, that she cared about people who she had just met… heck, she had been willing to defend Ubbin Falls for the cost of her own life. He couldn’t bear the thought of losing her, not when it still felt like they had just found each other. Arahael knew that the council would always have a big role in his life but lately, it had been surprisingly easy to forget about work whenever she was around… waking up next to her was a feeling that he never wanted to miss again. He would be a fool not to realise how happy she has been making him ever since meeting her and he knows that it has taken them a while to get to this point but he has no intention of letting her go.
Just like you asked him to, he will take a few days before telling you what he feels for you. He wants the relationship to work out and will invite you to another dinner with his mother. Ivorwen won’t exactly be thrilled by the news but since she cares for Arahael and his happiness she will accept it… she will need a while though to fully warm up to you.
During Viresse he will be busier with work but try his best to find as much time for you as possible. He will tell you a few details should you ask what has kept him in the council longer than usually.
In Lótesse and after the news have been announced he will be more relaxed and relieved that it is over… he might not agree fully with the engagement between Elernil and Gilraen but he knows that it will ultimately help Ubbin Falls.
In Nárië he wishes to spend the Summer Solstice at your side… hoping that it will be one of many more to come.
Meluines – Done
Hallas
This wasn’t how he imagined telling Meluines about his feelings but seeing her in the company of Elernil and hearing people speak about them… he didn’t want to think about it again. There was no more reason for him to worry or so he had thought until Thranduil had shown up. It had been easy to accept his offer to train Meluines, not only because he did want her to be able to defend herself but also because it meant that he got to spend more time around her. Hallas loved being around her as much as he loved her… she had changed him, showed him how love felt like, that he wasn’t alone anymore… but she had changed too. No longer was she a coward and prone to running away whenever he had cornered her. She wasn’t shy about speaking her mind, showing him when she wanted him – which was quite a lot – and she knew exactly how to please him. Hallas did worry though that Thranduil’s presence in Ubbin Falls would mean for their future… he didn’t want their time to be limited.
After having heard that Thranduil’s plans to leave Ubbin Falls, he will be worried and since he doesn’t want you to leave, he will arrive at your house in the late evening. He will be relieved and voice that he had been worried about losing you too soon. He knows that he might not be what your uncle would prefer for you but he doesn’t care because he loves you and he wants to be with you.
During Viresse and Lótesse he will continue training you and will be impressed with the progress you are making… now that your uncle is gone, he will spend more time touching you, kissing you and won’t mind staying at your house overnight. The engagement of Elernil and Gilraen won’t bother him as much as he thought it would… he doesn’t understand the purpose but it isn’t his concern.
In Nárië he will continue being at your side attentive and curious to what other sides you might have been hiding from him. He wishes to spend the Summer Solstice at your side
Elernil
He wondered how he hadn’t been able to see it before and a part of him hated himself for putting Meluines in this awkward situation… it hadn’t been his intention to offend her because after all that happened he still liked her. Maybe he had been blinded by her beauty or maybe he had been too focused on what he expected from himself. After all, he was a high-born Elf and so was Meluines… and it would have been a good match. But upon seeing her with Hallas he felt nothing… no jealousy, no anger, no frustration. He had to admit that the other Elf seemed to make her happy… it wasn’t how he imagined things to go but Elernil knew when to take a step back. Meeting Thranduil wasn’t quite as he had expected but it was an opportunity he would never forget.
Since he considers Meluines a friend, he hopes that things won’t be awkward between you. During both Viresse and Lótesse he will be stressed, not only with council matters but also his engagement with Lady Gilraen… it still feels weird to him despite how much he tries to tell him that it is the best for Ubbin Falls.
At the beginning of Nárië, he will ask if you would join him for a stroll around Ubbin Falls… he will be open about his worries and speak more freely about his relationship with Gilraen. Trust has never been an issue for him but she is still human.
Orophin
Months ago he wouldn’t have thought that he would ever see Meluines dancing, smiling, and laughing… and that in the company of Hallas. Funny how quickly things could change and he decided that he quite liked seeing the more carefree side of Meluines. It seemed that Hallas was good for her… maybe even more than he had ever thought would be possible. He knew that Hallas could be difficult sometimes, not to mention competitive but Meluines seemed to know exactly how to handle him. To Orophin, it was obvious that they loved each other and he wished for them that it was going to work out… he wanted his friends to be happy because he knew that they deserve it.
Orophin won’t hide how happy he is for you and Hallas as he cares for both of you. He knows that your uncle has been in Ubbin Falls for the past weeks and will be quite curious about what the reason might be and if things are okay. He will seek you out in Viresse to check on you… he will be most interested in your relationship with Hallas and won’t stop from teasing you.
During Lótesse and Nárië he will spend most of his time with Asta but should you meet in Ubbin Falls or when you are visiting Hallas at the training grounds, he will have a smile on his lips and a moment to jest and talk with you.
Asta – Done
Orophin
Hearing those words from her… that she wanted him too was almost like a dream coming true. He had worried that admitting his feelings for her would be a mistake and that he might lose one of his closest friends but Asta’s confession changed everything. No longer Orophin had to hold back whenever he was around her… he could kiss and touch her as much as he wanted and not surprisingly, it was hard for him to remain control whenever she was around him. Especially after he had seen the pleasure, want and lust in her eyes… after he had heard her moaning and screaming his name with just the right touch. Being with Asta was like coming home and he never wanted to miss this feeling ever again… if only she could stop getting in trouble. He knew that it wasn’t her who had lured those creeps into the clearing but seeing Asta naked and vulnerable… something had snapped inside of him and he knew that he would give his life to defend her.
Orophin is thrilled about how things have changed between you and enjoys every moment… he still believes that love is a too strong word for what he feels towards you but he can’t imagine being without you at his side anymore. During Viresse he will ask you to join him for a short trip to his kin. You are going to stay three days in Lórien and finally meet his mother and his two sisters who will be thrilled and very welcoming.
In Lótesse and Nárië he will continue giving his attention… he is no fool and has noticed your looks whenever Meluines or Walda are around. He won’t be shy about his reassurance that you have nothing to worry about. They are his friends but you are so much more to him. He wishes to spend Summer Solstice at your side and won’t mind leaving before the festivities are over.
Turgon
She had a horrible tendency to get in trouble, especially when she was drunk which he would usually quite find amusing but not during one of his festivals. After all, he did have a reputation to maintain and he certainly didn’t need to get involved any of Asta’s or Orophin’s troubles… he was glad to call them his friends and he did care for them but even Turgon had to draw a line somewhere. He was happy that they found each other and they suited each other… Turgon just hoped that they would manage to stay out of trouble – or at least try to. He knew that he was going to miss them while he was gone and the thought of being without his friends saddened him… he hoped that they would be still there once he returns.
He will spend most of his time during Viresse with working in the council coming home late and there won’t be any parties with his friends.
After the announcement of Elernil’s and Gilraen’s engagement, Turgon will host a gathering for his friends in the middle of Lótesse. He will announce that he is going to leave Ubbin Falls after the Sommer Solstice but reassures them that he is going to return… it is something he has to do and he has been delaying it far too long.
Siriondil
He started to realise what Orophin saw in her… she was funny, out-going, and obviously cared a lot for his friend. It was a shame that he only just met her since he feels that he would have quite enjoyed spending more time in Asta’s company. Siriondil knew that it shouldn’t be his concern what kind of relationship they had as it was none of his business… but how could he not be curious? After all, Orophin was one of his closest friends and he didn’t want to see him hurt… not that Siriondil suspected that Asta was capable of doing so. After all, she did ask him to commission a sword for Orophin and he knew that his friend was going to like it. Siriondil would suggest her though to stay away from the wine… there never seemed to come anything good out of Asta being drunk.
He is happy for Orophin and you… if not slightly worried since he cares a lot for his friend. He will seek you out in Viresse for a private talk. Siriondil knows that he isn’t the most dangerous-looking guy but he will be determined to remind you not to hurt Orophin… he might find you sympathetic but that won’t stop him should you break his friend’s heart.
The sword for Orophin will be finally done at the beginning of Lótesse and he will be proud of his work knowing that his friend is going to love it.
Walda – Done
Gustaw
With each day, he found himself drawn closer to her… like a moth to a flame and it was pure bliss when he finally could take her. It wasn’t quite how Gustaw had imagined it to go but since they kept being interrupted it seemed like the right choice at the moment. Seeing the pleasure on her face and being able to kiss her… he wanted more of it. The thing was that Gustaw didn’t quite know what to think about their relationship or if it could even be called one… he knew that it started as a flirt but then they started talking about their families and sharing various stories about themselves. He had suspected for a while that Walda planned on leaving and he had only hesitated a few moments before asking if he could join her… he was curious to see where their adventure would take them.
He sees absolutely no reason to stop teasing and flirting with you… not when it brings him this much joy. As Gustaw is growing slightly irritated that people keep interrupting you and since he still hasn’t seen much of Ubbin Falls, he will ask you to join him for a picnic in the woods nearby in the middle of Viresse. You might be surprised to find out that he can also be soft and sweet if he feels like it.
He doesn’t care about the engagement and he is more interested in planning the upcoming travel with you… he knows that not all of your friends are going to be understanding and he will try his best to be as supportive as he can during those times. Since the Summer Solstice is the last festival for you, he wants to make the best out of it.
Orophin
He was relieved that Walda still wanted to be his friend… as much as it would have pained him if she had decided against it, there wouldn’t have been much for him to do otherwise. Luckily, it hadn’t come this far and this time he believed her when she told him that she wanted him to be happy. After everything they had been through – even if they had only known each other for a few months – he valued their friendship… it was something he didn’t want to miss.
Orophin is slightly feeling sad that he hadn’t been able to spend a lot of time with you… not only is there Asta but he also heard about you helping out the inn these days. Now that things are changing between Humans and Elves, he will try to visit the inn a few times during Viresse and Lótesse. He did notice Gustaw spending more time around you… he knows that isn’t in a position to ask and yet he is sometimes too curious for his own taste and will bring it up sooner or later.
Celebrian – Done
Ithilas
He had been worried that he would regret telling her about Grimbold’s whereabouts but then Celebrian had kissed him. He hadn’t thought that he could be happier until she spoke about wishing to stay in Ubbin Falls with her daughter… he couldn’t wait to finally meet her. She seemed like a curious and sweet child from all the different stories Celebrian had told him about her. It was quite strange Ithilas thought to himself… months ago Ubbin Falls despite all the years he had been living there still didn’t quite feel like home to him. But now that he had met Celebrian and discovered what he felt for her and that she felt the same things have changed. And he found himself quite curious to find out what would happen next.
He knows that you wish to speak with Grimbold and that you haven’t seen your daughter far too long but he hopes that you will wait at least until after the Sommer Solstice which he wishes to spend in your company.
During Viresse and Lótesse he wishes to be in your company as much as possible… the feelings he has developed for you are a new situation to him but one he enjoys a lot. Especially the fact that he can touch, kiss you or hold your hand whenever he feels like will bring him joy. Ithilas isn’t too concerned with Elernil’s and Gilraen’s engagement as he has never been too involved in the council matters.
Linwen – Done
Siriondil
It felt more than just pure relief once Linwen finally told him that she was going to stay in Ubbin Falls and the rest of his worries and doubts were gone the moment she kissed him… he hadn’t been able to stop smiling ever since finding out that he was the reason for her changing her mind. Siriondil was glad that they have met each other but he was aware that their time might be limited… she was still a Half-Elf after all and he knew what that could mean for them. For now, he might be able to push it to the back of his mind but that wasn’t going to work forever… sooner or later they would need to talk about this important matter.
During Viresse he will be happy that you reciprocate his feelings, Siriondil will spend more time in your company by taking strolls with your through Ubbin Falls or showing you more of the places that are important to him. He noticed that he seemed to like his friends which will warm his heart.
He will make the first mention of your immortality in Lótesse… it is a strange situation for him and he doesn’t know how to handle it. He won’t ask you to give up your immortality for him – that is something he would never ask from you – but it is obvious that he is saddened that your time might be limited.
Sommer Solstice has been one of his favourite holidays as long as he can remember and he wants you to enjoy the day as much as he does.
Nauriel - Done
Baranor
She did have indeed a great voice… it was nothing like he had ever heard before and Baranor wanted more of it. Just like he wanted more of Nauriel. He had realised that it was no longer a meaningless fling between them… he didn’t even know when he had developed feelings for her but it happened. He wanted to spend more than just a few hours at Nauriel’s side, he wanted to be seen in public with her – not that it had stopped him before… as weird as it might sound but a part of Baranor was afraid to tell her. Not only because he had never been in such a situation before but also because he felt like Nauriel hadn’t told him everything about herself yet. The way she had spoken about her parents, almost as if there was something she didn’t want him to know. Baranor wasn’t going to pressure her… no matter how curious he was. He was glad that he got to spend both the 1424th Birthday and Yarasse at Nauriel’s side… every moment with her felt like a little adventure and he knew it was time to jump over his shadow and find out if maybe she felt the same.
After speaking again with Cirion who reminded him that he is still an idiot, he will show up at your forge at the beginning of Viresse. He will obviously be nervous and it will take him a few minutes before he will finally admit that he wants more from you and not just a few hours of fun. He is aware of your immortality but he isn’t expecting anything from you.
Since he still feels that you didn’t tell him everything – especially your parents – he will invite you to another dinner in the middle of Lótesse. In general, he is going to be very attentive towards you enjoying your company which he won’t be shy to voice. Baranor wants to spend Summer Solstice with you but will be understandable if you want a few moments with Nimloth or Valacar.
Nimloth
It was quite a sight to see Nauriel getting worried and nervous about a single evening at Baranor’s house… Nimloth didn’t even want to know how many nights her friend had already spent in his company. She couldn’t understand why Nauriel found it weird that Baranor wanted to get to know her. After all, she was an interesting person and Nimloth firmly believed that she deserved happiness and someone special in her life… especially after she had been on the road all those years. Nauriel never told her how the evening went but she didn’t have to… whenever she looked at her friend during the 1424th Birthday she noticed that she looked happy in Baranor’s company… and that Nimloth had outdone herself with the dress – but that was a different matter. They seemed to be good for each other and she hadn’t missed slipping away earlier from Turgon’s festival. Nimloth hoped that all the best for them and Baranor better not try and hurt Nauriel… she might not be scary but he was certainly going to regret it.
Nimloth is happy for you and since she hadn’t forgotten their talk about love, she will seek you out in the middle of Viresse. It was hard for her not to notice a few small gestures between you and Baranor and since she cares for you she wishes to know if everything is alright. She knows that love/feelings between an Elf and a Human aren’t always easy and she wants you to know that she is there for you should you need her.
Nimloth has mixed feelings about the engagement between Gilraen and Elernil and she hopes that it will give Ubbin Falls the chance it needs.
For the Summer Solstice, she plans on stealing you away from Baranor for a few hours and she will be a bit drunk after having too much sweet wine.
Valacar
It was sure a sight to see her covered in chocolate, smiling, and having fun… he knew that he had made the right choice asking Nauriel for help. He was always happy when people enjoyed his creations which was one of the reasons why he spent that many hours in his bakery trying to make them perfect. His eyes fell on the sword hanging on his wall… Nauriel didn’t want it back no matter how often he tried. He didn’t know if he was ever going to use again – he hoped not – but maybe she was right and he should keep it as a memory… a memory of what he had been capable of with Nauriel’s help.
During Viresse and Lótesse he will be either busy with working at his shop or trying to keep an eye on his siblings who have been getting into a lot of trouble lately. He knows that they are restless and he finds it hard to stop worrying about them. Near the end of Lótesse he will be in the need of a break and someone to talk… he doesn’t expect you to have any advice for him as he just needs to get it off his chest.
